Hi! I’m Ashley Miller — founder of Miller HR Consulting. With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, I’ve worked with businesses of all sizes to navigate the complexities of ever-changing employment laws, handle delicate employee relations issues and find solutions to unique organizational challenges. My mission is to help clients reduce risk, strengthen their HR practices, and build workplaces where people and compliance efforts are well balanced.
Prior to becoming a consultant, I spent over 10 years as an internal HR advisor, so trust me when I say, I understand how difficult it can be to manage HR alone!
I am passionate about the field of HR and love helping my clients tackle their biggest HR issues.
Some of the industries I have worked in and/or supported clients in include: SaaS, healthcare, construction, education, real estate, property management, travel, technology, consumer services and staffing & recruiting.
I hold an MBA in Management & Leadership as well as SPHR and PHR certifications. Along with that, I have a lot of real-life HR experience which enables me to provide realistic solutions for my clients.
